Contact PPLI.com
Email [email protected] or use the enquiry form for research questions, article corrections or website access problems. For a first question about an offshore bond or a PPLI policy, use Ask a question. If your question relates to a particular page or country, mention it. A short outline of the situation is all we need at this stage, so please leave out account numbers, identity documents and medical records. An enquiry opens a conversation. Any consultation or professional engagement would be agreed separately.

What to include in your enquiry
Article corrections
Send the page URL, the exact statement and the primary source or calculation that shows the problem. With those three things we can check the point quickly and fix it.
Access or form problems
Name the page, browser and problem. Quote the error message if one appears. Do not include your password, account numbers or a screenshot containing client details.
Professional enquiries
Tell us your role, the jurisdictions involved and what you need to know. If the conversation moves towards an engagement, agree the provider, scope, fees and the relevant professional permissions in writing first.
Start with the research
Read the guide to PPLI for UK residents before framing your question. For a question about an offshore bond or a policy of your own, use Ask a question.
