Non-prosecution agreement under the Swiss Bank Program, US-related accounts

BCV entered a Swiss Bank Program non-prosecution agreement covering about 2,088 US-related accounts (declared and undeclared) with about USD 1.3 billion in total assets and paid a penalty of USD 41.677 million. Event date from the US Department of Justice program table.

BC Vaudoise will pay a penalty of $41.677 million.
