Non-prosecution agreement under the Swiss Bank Program, US-related accounts

Gonet & Cie entered a Swiss Bank Program non-prosecution agreement covering 150 US-related accounts and paid a penalty of USD 11.454 million. The same release covered Bank J. Safra Sarasin, Coutts & Co and Banque Cantonale du Valais.

Gonet will pay a penalty of $11.454 million.
