Who reads your question, and what comes back
Questions are read by Eldar Edmond Grady, the CEO of PPLI.com, or by the editorial team that writes this edition. The reply is written, in English, and usually goes out within one working day. If the question is about a point we have not researched, the reply says so instead of guessing. If a call would help, we arrange it by email at a time that works across time zones; there is no sales call and no follow-up sequence.
