Non-prosecution agreement under the Swiss Bank Program, US-related accounts

Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA entered a Swiss Bank Program non-prosecution agreement covering 1,072 US-related accounts with aggregate maximum value of about USD 7.65 billion and paid a penalty of USD 31.026 million. non-prosecution agreements under the program include a statement of facts but no guilty plea.

Deutsche Bank Suisse will pay a penalty of $31.026 million.
