Swiss Bank Program Category 2 non-prosecution agreement

Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) SA and its subsidiary Edmond de Rothschild (Lugano) SA entered a joint non-prosecution agreement under the Swiss Bank Program covering about 950 US client accounts held since August 2008 and paid a USD 45.245 million penalty. The non-prosecution agreement includes a statement of facts and cooperation obligations.

EdR Switzerland will pay a penalty of $45.245 million.
